Directions
Opening Instructions: Turn red cap counter clockwise and remove, peel off seal, re-install red cap turning clockwise, and tighten firmly, now pop up the tab on the top of the red lid, it is ready for use.
Application Instructions: Open red tab and hold jug 90 degrees. Pour onto surface area in moderation.
Directed Uses For Thawz

Ice or Freezing Rain: apply in moderation directly onto ice. Leave for 20 minutes. Re-apply in moderation if ice is still present. Continue this process if ice persists. For heavy ice accumulation, we recommend spreading rock salt onto icy surface first, then apply Thawz onto salt and ice directly.
- Light Snow Dusting: apply evenly onto surface in moderation. Let sit for 20minutes. Re-apply in moderation to areas were needed. Not recommended for snow accumulation exceeding 5cm.
- Bonding Prevention: apply evenly to surface in moderation prior to a forecasted storm, either snow, or freezing rain. Thawz will form a shield between the hard surface and snow or ice for easier clearing or snow/ice.
- After Snow Storms: apply in moderation after clearing snow or ice from surfaces, this will finish-off the remainder of snow/ice, and will prevent bonding next storm.
Helpful Hints
Thawz is a liquid concentrate that has to be used in moderation. The more you apply Thawz Liquid De-Icer, the more the surface you are maintaining will build up a shield against snow and ice.
